If you want to guarantee more terror attacks, continue:

• exploiting and humiliating the Third World.
• taking a direction, then failing to fund it or even find the path.
• winning the battle while losing the war.
• exasperating our allies.
• bankrupting our nation.

To move forward against terror we all must in concert:

• change our entire approach toward terror, developing countries and Islam;
• attack the energy problem head-on here at home by boosting production of hybrid cars, converting to alcohol and synthetic gas fuels;
• fund nuclear fusion research to the point of feasibiity or demonstrate fusion is not in the cards--it is fusion after all that runs the universe;
• help developing countries modernize themselves;
• cool the rage arising from Authoritarianism;
• strengthen our economy and balance internal and external budgets; and
• move educational systems and society toward fostering internal Loci of Control in our children.
